Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. Our support team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Refunds

If approved:

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
